Looks like it is gonna be a nice day out here again. I am starting to feel much better, ziacam is pretty cool, it really does work even if the rapid melts taste like crap.

I have a job interview this morning at the local college. I don't remember even putting in for a job with them, as I figure why hire someone without a degree when you have students graduating all the time with one. So, gonna wing it and hopefully find out what position it is for....lol.

Tomorrow I have a date. OMG a date. I don't want a 'date'. A 'meeting' is ok, a friend's lunch out is fine, a 'date' is almost terrifying.

Ok, that's all I got....who's next?

We are supposed to get frost tonight. We are gonna pick the green tomatoes and wrap them in newspaper to ripen. (we hope)
Pepper plants will be stripped of all their fruits to.
We are planning a day trip to Belair's country on Sunday. We will deliver the last of the puppies to their new homes. Their mama got hit by a car last week. She had to be put down, so these are the last pups we will have.
I think I'll got cut limbs out of some of these trees for the goats to munch on.

Oh man Okie, how very sad about the momma. Can you not keep one of the pups then instead. Just tell one of the owners that you have changed your mind????

You mentioned ebay. If you don't mind my asking. What do you sell? I do a bit of buying on ebay. I used to do a little selling but I quit when they got so greedy. I still try to help the sellers they still have tho.

Well, I sat there and waited for 30 minutes. Not an introduction, nothing...so I got up and walked out. The best I could tell, was that it was some sort of 'salesman' trying to recuite a workforce for under him. I saw some man sitting at a table talking to people one by one. When he was finished with the 1st one, 15 minutes after he was supposed to speak with me, he didn't come over and explain or anything...he just went and got another girl from a different spot. I then waited a little bit more and walked out.

The cold is still here. I am gaining ground on it, but not completely yet.

Good morning. Spent the day in Bend OR yesterday (128 miles north of me), to search out jobs and the local economy. This morning I am being forced to sit through a goofy 2.5 hr. meeting with the unemployment center to make sure I know what I am doing when it comes to searching for jobs...ooooh goody, can hardly wait.

Golden liquid sunshine is just starting to appear. The leaves I starting to turn colors here, so with the fall sunshine and them, everything looks almost metalic outside. Need coffee...no time to make any so will just grab a BIG cup on my way to my meeting.

My back has been giving me fits, so I crawled out of bed about 4:00 AM
The world outside my window was as black as sin. I fiddled around on several forums and then took a long hot bath. The sky was beginning to lighten up just a bit. I played on forums a little more, then noticed a pink tinge in the sky. It didn't take long for the world to go to lightening up so I could see. I stood by the back door drinking coffee. As the light got brighter, the chickens started dropping out of trees, coming out of the chicken house and getting off the roosts in the tractors. I love watching the world wake up.
It's like a new beginning every day. I don't care for Cat Stevens as a man, but I liked his music. When I watch the sunrise, his song " Morning Has Broken" plays through my head. He really captured the feeling in that song.

Good Morning Yall! Today I have to deliver 6 baby rabbits to their new homes. Then when I get home, I am going to start building a rack that all the rabbit cages can sit on. I will cover the sides with a tarp to keep the cold out, and the top will have a piece of plywood on it covered with tin.

Okie...having the same type of 'morning has broken' morning here too (minus the back ache...just ready for a nap and it isn't even 10am).

Tidied my house from top to bottom. Had stuff from my trip still piled here and there and then all the stuff that took place here during my trip and then the piles created since, because the other piles weren't taken care of yet....add to those ingredients 3 rather large projects partially started and deadlines of them to be finished NOW, and a job search and you have a recipe for disaster all over the house.
