Moist and Minty Brownies
In a small sauce pan, mix 3/4 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 2 tablespoons water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat add 1 cup of choc. chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until melted. Transfer to large bowl. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, stirring well. Add 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon soda and remaining chips. Spread in a 9" greased pan. Cool after baking. Cut into 2 1/4" squares. Makes 16 brownies.
