which one? IM000972

can you guess which one is from my chickens? lol makes so mad that I have 3 hens old enough to lay and all I get is one egg a day. I had to break down and do the horror of all horrors and buy eggs from a store affraid . Look at the color difference!! If they free ranged the chooks that have to lay for production, the eggs might look better.

Not only does the color of the yolk (the orange one) give it away, but so does the albumen (white of the egg).

I have had them. But I didn't have birds for quite a while. I will go back to eating my own when they give them to me....

The few places that were our competition for selling eggs were, ummmm, errrrrrrr, well, kinda not up to my standards. Store bought will do until I can get some little ladies of my own again. Wink

would be a good idea to do a research to find a small bantam that lays eggs daily with minimum of care? Smile

i'm sure you know which ones. i had 4 ex-battery hens which was enough to feed four of us . . . Very Happy
