Thanks and nice to be here. I'm in Arkansas.
In the past few weeks I have lucked upon a very fine line of Original French Black Copper Marans and have decided to start breeding and showing chickens again. Did a lot of it back in the 70-80's and now I am back to try it again in the new decade.
I am overcoming the obstacles of a stroke and so I get a little mixed up in my words sometimes so if I make a mistake in my words please do not rush to judge me to quickly. I hope to be able to share this experience of my birds and more about my homesteading.
I plan to have lost of fun here. Thats to Okie who invited me here.

ok... Brenda - did i mention i am deaf from birth in this CP? i manage ok even with some shortness of breath (asthma)

I am the resident mechanic who just happened on this site when a chicken made a roost in my old car........
