Harry Lauder's Walking Stick, a Plant Lovers Plant

If you're familiar with Harry Lauder's Walking Stick you
know what an interesting and sometimes seemingly bazaar
plant it is. But have you ever seen one grown single stem
as an ornamental tree?

Harry Lauder's is truly a plant lovers plant and every garden
should have one. I like to train them into single stem trees
because with the twisted branches and the twisted stem
they make for one of the most interesting pieces you can
have in your garden.

Today I'll show you how to train them into a single stem
plant and how to propagate them. It's easier than you
think. Details with great photos here:

My book, "Easy Plant Propagation" is a fun, easy read
that makes a great gift for the gardener in your life.
Every copy that we sell is personally signed by me
before it goes out.

Have a great week, and as always, stay inspired!

Very interesting stuff Tree, although I have never heard for such a plant....I think I may try this on my weeping willow.

I bought a tree like this for a friend of mine. She was getting ready to go in for a knee replacement and she had just bought a house. So I gave it to her as a housewarming gift with a bit of meaning behind it.
