Meringue

2 egg whites (room temperature) 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

Beat whites and salt until frothy. Add sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla. Then beat to form peak. Spread on pie and bake 12/15 minutes @ 350*
