Bran Muffins Empty Bran Muffins

1 cup of bran flakes 1 egg 1/4 cup lard 3/4 cups milk 1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sugar 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in muffin tins until golden brown. Approx 11 minutes @350
