Homemade Fudge

2 cups of sugar 3 tablespoons of cocoa 1/2 cup of corn syrup 1 cup of half-n-half

Mix well and boil to 236 degrees. When it hits 236, remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of butter. Stir in vanilla until the mixture looses its gloss. Add 3/4 cups of nuts. Pour quickly into buttered 8x8 pan. Cut after cooling.
