2 medium apples 1 table spoon of water 1/3 cup of flour 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3 Tablespoons of butter

Peel, core and slice apples into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with water. Sift flour into mixing bowl, add sugar, salk, cinnamon, and butter to flour. Work all together until crumbly. Spread over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes to brown the top and tender the apples. Serve with ice cream if desired.
