Hatcheries

Post by Dustin Biery on February 3rd 2008, 12:10 am

Any of you ever heard of Schlecht Hatchery? I found them through Google. They have really reasonable prices. Take a look. If you have ever ordered from them, please let me know.

chicks & ducks

Post by Dinergirl on February 29th 2008, 7:54 am

Hey, I went on their page too. We usually get our chicks from McMurray Hatchery (or out from behind a few bales of hay...LOL), but I might give this place a try. I sent them an e-mail asking if you can combine different types of fowl and this is the reply they sent....."yes you can get a few ducks added to the chick order. Ducks and geese not till end of March first of April. Etta" I wish they had CallDucks though! Maybe I'll get a goose Ann.

Hopefully it will all work itself out without too much stress to you. I hope you are feeling better....a little bit at least.
