1 1/2 cups of sugar(divided)

1 tsp. vanilla

1 egg seperated

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/4 cups flour

2 tablespoons sugar

3 eggs

2 tablespoons melted butter

Dash salt



In bowl combine milk, flour, sugar, eggs, butter and salt. Beat with mixer until well mixed.

Mix all dry ingredients.  Add chosen color to water and oil, then mix with the dry ingredients. Heat on the stove top on medium heat, stirring constantly 2-3 minutes.  Ball will form. 			<description>Mix 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 cup raw peanuts (or other desired nuts) 1/2 teaspoon salt in a two quart, microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove  and stir.  Cook for 4 more minutes. Remove and stir.  Cook for three more minutes. Remove and stir in 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend and cook for 3 1/2 minutes.  Remove from the microwave, add 1 teaspoon baking soda, mix quickly, pour onto greased cookie sheet or waxed paper. Let cool, then break!</description>

Mix well and boil to 236 degrees.  When it hits 236, remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of butter. Stir in vanilla until the mixture looses its gloss.  Add 3/4 cups of nuts. Pour quickly into buttered 8x8 pan. Cut after cooling.]]></description>

Peel, core and slice apples into greased baking dish.  Sprinkle with water.  Sift flour into mixing bowl, add sugar, salk, cinnamon, and butter to flour.  Work all together until crumbly. Sift flour and half the sugar together, several times.  Beat egg whites with salt until frothy.  Add cream of tartar and beat to form peak.  Fold in the other half of the sugar to form meringue.  Fold in flour and sugar mixture, gradually and gently. Then blend in vanilla.  Bake for one hour @ 350. Invert and remove from pan when almost cooled.]]></description>
