the B.1.B BOMBER

as you guys might have noiced by now i make BIG main dishes. fast simple and fun. i have a family of 4 kids sooo fast simple and fun is the only way i go. the B.1.B BOMBER is no exception.

this one is a little tricky. youll need toothpicks to help ya some.

lots of flower tortillas
cooked hamberger with mexican sesoning
spanish rice
green chillys
salsa
cheese cheese and more cheese
refried pintos
oilves
tomatos
and as topins sour cream and gwackamolie . oo and more cheese

the lay out is the hard part realy. you see your makeing a cookie sheet size bareto. (my winnie da poo spellin again)

soo on your cookie sheet lay out your tortellas over lappin about a inch in tell the sheet is coverd. then add more so they over lap the edge (it will help with the wrapin of the goodies later)

now pile all them goodies in the mid of the cookie sheet and kinda sperd it all out even like.

then top all that with more tortillas over laying each about a inch and then bring up the side tortillas. and pin in place with your tooth picks.

paint on a coating of butter all over the B.1.B and top with cheese to cover the laps ( the cheese will help to seal the tortillas together in the end. and the butter helps to brown it and crisp it)

place all this in the over on about 300% in tell the cheese is almost browned and kinda crunchy on top.

then pull it out and remove all toothpicks. let it set about 10 min or so. so it will keep its shape when you slice it up for serving.

let the family add their fave tops to it and gobble it all down. lol

ooo if you really dont like hamberger you can use chicken, pork or roast. just boil it all down and shred it all up. in place of the hamberger.
