this is a fun finger food. sure to make you wish you made more.
youll need ..
lots of yellow chillys. (we call them wax or bannana chillys here in south cali) they are sopta be mild but we have foud a few reall spicy ones in the past.
cream cheese
backon
tookpicks
cut the tops off the chillys and clean out all the seeds and membrains. (if your chillys seem to spicy. set them in a bowl of water for a few hours to draw out some of the heat)
now stuff each chilly with cream cheese and wrap with raw uncooked strips of backon. and pin it all in place with a toothpick
lay them all out on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400% oven intell the backon is completly cooked and the cheese starts to try to boil out.
then let them cool. and eat.
